2. Monitoring Center
When the button is pressed, the signal is received by Alert Care’s Ohio-based 24/7 response team
3. Optional Fall Detection
If a fall is detected, the sensor automatically alerts the Monitoring Center
4. Response
The response team will assess the situation and initiate the appropriate response
5. Two-Way Communication
The user talks directly with the response team to determine if 911 or a loved one is needed
6. GPS Tracking
Alert Care’s devices contain GPS tracking, allowing emergency responders to locate the user
